Founder & President
Adriana Galvan is the founder and President of Grant Precise. Adriana has always desired to help non-profit organizations, charities and businesses grow their sustainability and achieve their missions to make the world more inclusive and better.
She has over 12 years of volunteering in the non-profit sector and has built a solid reputation, for professionalism, customer service, innovation, and accountability she enjoys travel and languages, English and Spanish speaking and is currently learning French.
In 2019 Adriana left her former line of work at the senior management level to follow a dream of improving and serving the community.

Currently, she divides her time between being a full-time Public Relations student at Humber College and being the spokeswoman for the Venezuelan National Assembly. She takes any opportunity to develop productive relationships and connections to solve challenges and commitments for her fellow Venezuelans in Canada and back home. His work experience was acquired mostly in private companies coordinating staff, work schedules and quality control. However, in the last six years, she established firm connections and relations with members of the Canadian Parliament, and Senate, advisors and a Latin America analyst from Global Affairs Canada.

Administrative Assistant
Laith Bushnaq is an experienced project manager with a diversified background in the consulting space (IT consulting and non-profit services). Within the non-profit space, he worked as a Strategy Consultant in helping newcomers in Canada with getting settled. Within the fund-raising space, Laith has raised money to renovate homes for underprivileged refugees at rescue camps in the Middle East.
Laith is coming on 5 years of experience in the project management space and has built a reputation for innovation, accountability, efficiency, and reliability by completing complex projects and participating in the RFP preparation process. He enjoys reading and working out in his free time. He is also fluent in Arabic and English.
In 2022, Laith decided to join Grant Precise to continue delivering value to non-profit organizations, charities, and small businesses by helping them achieve their goals.
